Lana Pozhidaeva

Lana has over five years of experience in the nonprofit sector, helping allocate funding to education and science projects in the U.S., Europe, and Africa. She has worked closely with the Edmond De Rothschild foundation and International Peace Institute, helping organize international conferences under the auspices of the United Nations.  Her other projects included helping allocate funding for the STEM contest on USVI, helping organize humanitarian trips to Haiti, co-hosting fundraising events for nonprofit organizations, and developing impact metrics for education nonprofit organizations. Lana also worked for a NYC based consulting B-corp (Benefit Corporation) Inspiring Capital which is focused on increasing the efficiency of nonprofit and purpose driven social ventures. 


Daniel Streeter

Daniel is an award-winning teacher, school principal and business leader. After a successful career as an award winning classroom teacher and School Principal, Daniel transitioned in 2013 to become the CEO of IMPART Learning Solutions. IMPART develops and delivers life-changing online and face-to-face learning experiences for youth, teachers and the corporate world. The company has designed learning experiences for several of the most innovative educational programs in the United States, including ElevateUSA, Healthy Futures, Project Helping, Regis University, The Student Conservation Association, and Envision. As a High School teacher, Daniel was the recipient of numerous awards including being named the 9News Teacher Who Cares Award Winner, Colorado Teacher of the Year Nominee, Leaders Challenge Sponsor of the Year and was even awarded the coveted title of “Mr. Bear Creek”, among others. 




Kevin Mahaney


Kevin has been the President and CEO of Olympia group (a hotel management company). Mr. Mahaney has led not only to the creation of a dynamic, successful management team steering The Olympia Companies, but also to strategic alliances that benefit the Company and its clients. The strength of his talents extend beyond the business world and bear testament to the level of capabilities he personally embodies and inspires in others. He won an All-American selection in lacrosse in 1985 at Middlebury College, an Olympic Silver Medal in sailing and the prestigious title of Rolex Yachtsmen of the Year, both in 1992. Kevin beat cancer in 1993, founded and skippered the Americas Cup syndicate “Young America” in 1995, won a national age-group championship in snowboarding in 2004, and competitively bicycled all 2,241 miles of the 2005 Tour de France, to name just a few of his accomplishments. We believe that Mr. Mahaney’s relationship-building skills, along with his ability to recognize, recruit and empower others with their own inspired talents, will be a huge asset for our company. Mr. Mahaney has committed to be spending between five to ten hours on the foundation work. 




Pendleton King 

Pen is an impact investor and a co-founder of an education technology company TestBest.  TestBest an education technology company that is revolutionizing the way students around the world study for standardized tests, apply for college, and take college accredited courses.  Mr. King is also the founder and managing partner of PKJ Ventures - a sector agnostic investment vehicle focused on a variety of different asset classes with investments ranging from insurance to signage and branding. He is also the co-founder and partner at Kain Capital LLC - a sector agnostic private equity fund focused on lower middle market companies with Ebitda of 8-12mm. 



Rudolph-Riad Younes

Rudolph has 25-year experience in the financial industry, at one point personally managing an AUM of $75 billion. Rudolph started his financial career at Swiss Bank Corp (UBS). Two years later, he joined Julius Baer in NYC, and quickly became head of international equities with a special focus on emerging markets. Later on, he co-founded with Julius Baer and Richard Pell, Artio Global Investors and listed it on the NYSE. Mr. Younes is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He received an M.B.A. in Management from Yale University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University. He is a co-founder and original board member of L.I.F.E: Lebanese International Finance Executives (LIFE) is a worldwide membership organization of Lebanese financiers based in the diaspora. Established in 2009, it enables Lebanese finance executives worldwide to network; and Nurture the next generation via scholarships. He is also a board Member of S.E.A.L: Social and Economic Action for Lebanon (“SEAL”), aimed at improving the standard of living of the lower segment of the population in Lebanon. Mr. Younes received multiple professional awards, including being named the Portfolio Manager of the year by Standard & Poor’s/Fortune (3 times). He is a frequent guest on CNBC and Bloomberg TV and a writer of a few articles for the Financial Times. 

Margaret White

Margaret is an event programming consultant with expertise in the women's empowerment sector working with partners such as S.H.E. Summit and Entrepreneur Media. Past roles include serving as Manager of Business Development for Programming & Events at Alley, the community and co-working space as well as Senior Director of Global Partnerships and Programming for SHE Globl Media. She found her niche building relationships with partners, speakers, and brands.
